The GREEN GUARDIA subscription is the easiest and most reliable way to receive your products regularly – exactly when you need them.
This way you can ensure that you keep pests permanently under control and that your home or plants remain sustainably protected.
We will automatically deliver the products you have selected – at your desired delivery interval and without you having to reorder each time.
You also save 5% off every delivery and you benefit from free standard shipping as well as other exclusive benefits.
Our subscription is flexible and can be adjusted online at any time: change the delivery interval, exchange products or pause – just as you need it.
You retain full control at all times:
A few days before each delivery, you'll receive a reminder email and can then easily decide whether you'd like to adjust the quantity, delivery date, or interval. Of course, you can also cancel your subscription at any time – with no minimum term and no hassle.
Subscribing is very easy:
Activate the subscription option directly on the respective product page, select your desired delivery interval and complete the order as usual.
Please note: With a subscription, only the product you have selected will be delivered. Additional items or gifts in your shopping cart are not included in the subscription.
You will receive a confirmation email after completing your subscription.
There you will find a link that allows you to manage your subscription flexibly at any time.
If you haven't had a customer account before, one will be created for you automatically. You will receive a separate email with information on how to easily manage future orders, products, and your account details.
Your subscription orders will be automatically triggered at the selected interval.
Billing always takes place on the day of shipment.
Once your subscription is active, you can manage it flexibly at any time.
You can change the next order date, skip a delivery, adjust the delivery interval, or cancel your subscription.
Simply log in to your customer account and open the section. "Your subscriptions".
Please note: Changes or cancellations may take up to 24 hours to be fully processed.
Change order date
To adjust the date of your next order, open the relevant section in your subscription area. "View next order" and click on "Move".
Then select a new date.
If you have multiple subscriptions and only want to change the date for a specific product, select that product and click on "Edit", to customize the order date.
Change delivery interval
The current delivery interval is displayed directly next to each of your subscribed products.
Simply click on the displayed interval to change it and select the rhythm that suits you best.
Skip delivery
If you want to pause a delivery, open "View next order" and choose there "Skip" out of.
This will skip the entire pending order.
cancel subscription
To cancel your subscription, open the section "My subscriptions" and select the appropriate product.
Scroll down and click on "Cancel subscription", then you can select a reason.
Once your cancellation has been confirmed, no further orders will be processed. You will receive a confirmation email.
Please note: Full processing may take up to 24 hours.
Tip: Keep your subscription & adjust it flexibly
If you only want to change your subscription because your current needs have changed, you don't necessarily have to cancel.
You can instead Skip a delivery, adjust the delivery interval or even to change the product within the subscription – especially practical if you prefer seasonally different GREEN GUARDIA products.
This way you retain all the benefits:
Free shipping, 5% discount on every delivery and double loyalty points.
These benefits cease upon termination of the contract.
You can view your next delivery at any time in your subscription area.
Simply log in to your customer account and click on the blue button. "Your subscriptions"There you will find the date of your next delivery as well as all products included in this order.
